Mike Rowzee
Mike founded MRC in 1984 out of his home in Warrenton, VA. He began plumbing in high school with the dreams of starting his own business. With a career spanning over 50 years, Mike has set the standard for quality and excellence within the community. In his free time, you can find him out on the river or enjoying time with his family.

Sandy Rowzee
Sandy has been with MRC since the beginning. She is the driving force behind MRC's success. With her background in banking, she quickly took over all administrative duties for the company. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.
Operations Manager/Plumber
Justin Rowzee
Born and raised in the family business, Justin learned the ropes of the trade from an early age and has since become a respected professional in the field. Justin is known for his unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He takes pride in his ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, whether it's a residential repair, a commercial installation, or a large-scale renovation project. Outside of work, you can find Justin out on the water or out on his motorcycle.
Office Manager
Torrey Majot
Being raised in a family business, Torrey brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to MRC. Torrey has been with MRC for 5 years and worked her way up to managing the office operations. Customers love hearing her voice on the phone as they know she will take care of all their needs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and playing with her dogs Zeus and Rowan.
